Warranty, Usage, and Liability Policies
Unless otherwise noted, all products sold as Warehouse Reseal, Store Reseal, New Open Box, or New Factory Sealed, sold on this website, come with the factory warranty. Extended warranties and/or additional coverage may be purchased as well from KPODJ. Caribbean Linkage  does not offer or imply any other official type of guarantee or warranty.
Caribbean Linkage is not responsible for any type of damages or losses whatsoever due to the usage or any form of usage/set-up of the products sold. Any injuries, claims, damages, losses, etc. directly or indirectly caused by a product sold by Caribbean Linkage must be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the product.
Caribbean Linkage will not be held responsible for the delay of any shipment or order for any reason. We typically ship products out within one business day and ground shipping typically takes 1-6 business days, but there are unforeseen delays from time to time. We may offer express shipping and/or guaranteed delivery by a certain day when shipping UPS, FedEx, or another shipping company, but if there are any delays due to the shipper, the maximum responsibility we assume is a refund of the shipping costs (the same guarantee that the shipping companies offer in their delivery guarantees).
Caribbean Linkage cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages due to any delay in shipping or processing, or any damages. If item is delayed or damaged by the shipping company, you must contact us within 7 days of the ETA or delivery date to receive a shipping fee credit (in the case of a delay) or a replacement product (in the case of a damaged item).
14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Caribbean Linkage guarantees that all products will arrive in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted), all products will arrive on time (if a specified ETA was given or requested), and you will understand how to use the products ordered. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces and you report it within 7 days, Caribbean Linkage will handle processing any claims and make sure all shipping fees and replacement fees are covered 100%. If an ETA was requested and an item does not arrive on time (the specified delivery date from the shipping company), we will file a claim with the shipping company for you so you will get cash back on the shipping fees paid (even if we offered you free shipping, you will still get cash back on what we paid the shipper for delivery fees), plus we offer our own customer courtesy rebate of 10% off (up to $20) your next order with us. Even though we have no control over the shipping company or any delays, we still offer our customer courtesy rebate. If you receive your product and do not know how to use it, call us! We have a technical support team here for you. We will do everything in our power to explain how to use and set-up the products you ordered. If you are still confused, we will contact that manufacturer for you and get one of the engineers or tech specialists at the factory on the phone with you for additional help.
We also have a 14 day return policy on most items if you do not like the product you ordered and decide you would like to return it. (See Return Policies for details.)

Return Policies
*14 Day Return Policy, 25% Restocking Fee (see below for details)*

We accept returns as long as the return meets the following criteria:
1) Original box, all accessories, and all packing material must be repacked as it came and shipped back complete.
2) Merchandise must be returned in same condition it was shipped.
3) If product is being returned because it was damaged or defective, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
4) The following items are not returnable: software (including DJ software of any type), special order items, used, B-Stock, or open box products, close-out items; Also, Microphones, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.
5) All returns must be sent back with an approved RA number clearly written on outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging. RA numbers are valid for 14 Days. The RA number will automatically delete from our system after the 14 days.
6) Please, return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
7) Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
8) A restocking fee plus the cost of shipping may be charged based on the type of return. See three scenarios listed below:
Scenario #1: RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT
Only for items reported defective within 14 days of original ship date or damaged by shipping company within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: $0.00
Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (paid by either Caribbean Linkage or the manufacturer)
Replacement Shipping Cost: $0.00 (paid by either Caribbean Linkage or the manufacturer)
Scenario #2: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
If item is damaged or defective and meets criteria above, we will remove the restocking fee, but customer must pay shipping both ways. We recommend returning for replacement.
Restocking Fee: 0% (if item is still factory sealed)
Restocking Fee: 10% (if item was opened but never turned on so we can resell as “open-box”)
Restocking Fee: 20% (if item was used and we have to resell as “used”)
Original Shipping Cost to Customer: Not Refunded (if free shipping was offered, actual cost will be subtracted from credit)
Return Shipping Cost: Paid by Customer
Scenario #3: RETURN FOR CASH BACK
If item is damaged or defective and meets criteria above, we will remove the restocking fee, but customer must pay shipping both ways. We recommend returning for replacement.
Restocking Fee: 5% (if item is still factory sealed)
Restocking Fee: 15% (if item was opened but never turned on so we can resell as “open-box”)
Restocking Fee: 25% (if item was used and we have to resell as “used”)
Original Shipping Cost to Customer: Not Refunded (if free shipping was offered, actual cost will be subtracted from credit)
Return Shipping Cost: Paid by Customer

If the missing product(s) was part of a package or package priced order, Caribbean Linkage will determine the value of the missing item(s) and offer a partial refund on the package.

If your equipment breaks after use, contact the manufacturer or us. Your merchandise may be covered under a factory warranty (all products come with a valid factory warranty), Caribbean Linkage warranty (most products come with a 14 day Caribbean Linkage warranty), or CPS extended warranty (these are available for an extra fee and must be purchased within 14 days of the date or purchase). We will help you contact the warranty center and set up a return. Unless the warranty has expired, the warranty department or the manufacturer will fix or replace your equipment for free. Depending on the warranty, you may have to pay all or part of the shipping fees if there are no authorized repair centers near you.
For customers outside the continental US:
All guarantees and return policies stated above apply for customers outside the continental US, except that customers outside the continental US will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from Caribbean Linkage. Customer must pay international shipping fees of returned item/part(s) back to Caribbean Linkage and international shipping fees for the replacement/repaired item(s) to the customer.

We offer a 120% low price guarantee. If you find an item advertised for sale on any other authorized dealer’s website/catalog/store tag price/advertised price, we will lower our price by up to 120% of the difference between our price and their final price before you order. If you are offered a “special discount” by any authorized dealer below their advertised price or if you notice a price from a dealer that many not be authorized, we will beat their prices on a case by case situation (we often honor the 120% guarantee anyway). If you find an item advertised at a lower price by an authorized dealer after you order, contact us. We can usually give you a store credit for up to 120% of the difference between our price and their final price (as long as the manufacturer hadn’t changed pricing since you ordered).
